Duane Kaczmarek, a 30-year industry veteran, founded Apple Tax and Accounting Service, Inc. in 1986. Together, with his daughter, he has created a powerful father/daughter team. As a small, family-owned business, Duane and Sara know firsthand the challenges facing small businesses and corporations. They are willing to go the extra mile for a client and work extended daytime hours to help accommodate their clients’ busy schedules.

Sara joined her father, Duane Kaczmarek, at Apple Tax and Accounting Service in 2002. Throughout school, Sara became an expert and technical whiz in business management and QuickBooks, which now enables her to help companies take advantage of technology to better manage their finances and businesses as a whole. Specializing in creating and setting up accounting practices individually tailored for each client, Sara has become an indispensable addition to Apple Tax and Accounting Services.

Apple Tax and Accounting Service offers corporate, partnership and individual tax consultation and preparation. Whether it’s helping you find all the deductions you or your business qualify for or preparing 1099s, W-2s or corporate tax returns, Apple Tax and Accounting Service will assist you in completing all the correct forms and getting them filed in a timely fashion. At each tax preparation appointment, we’ll consult and plan ahead for the next year and analyze how to further reduce your tax burden in the future.

Apple Tax and Accounting Service is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and offers seminars, training, sales and support on the QuickBooks accounting system.
