In this time of uncertainty, we want our clients to feel confident referencing our steady long-term perspective, research and data when making investment decisions. The hit to 2020 could be significant, but we see minimal long-term economic and even some investment opportunities.
Last week, we released an important Client Announcement that addressed some of the most frequently asked questions on the Coronavirus and our suggested response to it. We are actively monitoring the situation, looking for challenges (and opportunities) and trying to ensure that all our clients' needs are being met. WFG is well positioned to continue servicing you as we always have been. We have in the past and are easily able to perform almost all of the various services from remote locations.
Our operations are not slowed down in anyway, as we have sophisticated cloud operations already in place, and we have been prepared to (and have) worked remotely for years. Our robust flexible work program ensures employees have the resources needed to safely work from anywhere.
While we always encourage our employees to stay home if they're feeling ill, we've now made this a requirement. Our current thoughts with regard to the COVID-19 Virus remains unchanged: the health and safety of our clients, visitors and team is our number one priority.
We are following local and national public health guidelines and recommend you do the same. We are taking precautionary measures by offering alternatives to in-person meetings such as Zoom meetings and conference calls with our clients during this time to reduce everyone's risk of exposure. We know these are stressful times, and as always we are here to serve you in every possible way, especially in times like these.
These measures will help reduce the risk of exposure in our office, wile providing the same level of service you need to feel supported and comfortable.
Let us know how we can help you, so that we can continue to provide uninterrupted service. We will continue to closely follow the guidelines shared by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention, and as always, will take the actions needed to protect our clients and our team.
Thank you for trust and confidence in Webb Financial Group. We know we will move through this challenging situation together.
All our Best,
Webb Financial Group Team
